Financial Reporting Education That Actually Prepares You

We built this program after years of watching graduates struggle with real-world investor reporting. The gap between academic theory and what investors actually need was frustrating everyone. So we designed something different—practical training rooted in Vietnamese market realities, taught by people who've spent their careers preparing reports that matter.

October 2025 Cohort — Applications open May 2025

Real Skills Over Certificate Collection

Look, there are plenty of programs that'll give you a nice certificate after watching some videos. That's not what we're doing here. Our approach is messier and more demanding because we're trying to prepare you for actual work.

Context Matters More Than Formulas

You'll learn the technical side, sure. But we spend equal time on understanding what investors care about and why they ask the questions they do. That context changes how you structure every report.

Feedback Loops That Actually Help

Every assignment gets reviewed by someone who's prepared reports professionally. Not automated grading—actual feedback from practitioners who can explain why something works or doesn't in real scenarios.

Vietnamese Market Focus

We're not teaching generic international standards and hoping you can adapt them. The examples, regulations, and investor expectations are all drawn from Vietnamese markets because that's the context most of you will work in.

Different Ways to Learn the Same Material

People have different schedules and learn differently. We've structured three tracks that cover identical content but accommodate different lifestyles and learning preferences.

Evening Intensive

Tuesday and Thursday evenings, 7-9:30 PM. For people working full-time who can commit to two evenings weekly. Runs 16 weeks starting October 2025.

Weekend Immersion

Saturday mornings, 9 AM-1 PM. Longer sessions with more hands-on workshop time. Same 16-week duration, better for people who prefer concentrated learning blocks.

Self-Paced Track

Access all materials immediately, complete at your own speed. Still includes scheduled feedback sessions every two weeks. Must complete within six months of enrollment.

Whichever Format You Choose

You'll get the same curriculum, same quality of instruction, and same level of detailed feedback. We've just adapted the delivery to fit different life situations. And you can switch between tracks if your circumstances change—just talk to us.

Who'll Be Teaching You

We don't hire academics who've never worked outside universities. Every instructor has spent years preparing investor reports professionally and still does consulting work. Teaching is something they do because they want to share what they've learned.

Thorne Bridger instructor profile

Thorne Bridger

Investor Relations Specialist

Spent twelve years managing investor communications for three different companies—two successful exits and one that struggled. That last experience taught him more than the successful ones did. Now helps companies craft reports that investors actually read instead of skim.

Desmond Locke instructor profile

Desmond Locke

Financial Analysis Consultant

Worked in auditing before switching to investor reporting because he was tired of only looking backward. Specializes in making complex financial situations comprehensible without dumbing them down. His feedback is detailed and sometimes blunt, but students appreciate the honesty.

Support Systems That Actually Function

We've set up structures to help when you're stuck or confused. Not because we're nice people (though we are), but because we know learning this material requires support at specific moments.

Office Hours That Work

Instructors available three times weekly on video calls. No appointment needed—just show up when you're stuck. Average wait time is under ten minutes, and sessions run as long as you need them to.

Study Groups We Actually Facilitate

Most programs suggest you form study groups and leave you to figure it out. We organize them, provide meeting spaces (physical or virtual), and occasionally join to answer questions or provide direction when groups get stuck.

Resource Library That Grows

When students ask good questions, we create resources to answer them properly. The library now includes 200+ guides, templates, and examples—all written specifically for this program, not generic content pulled from elsewhere.

Career Guidance Without Promises

We'll review your portfolio work, help you understand where you're strong and where you need more development, and introduce you to people in our network when appropriate. What we won't do is promise you a job—nobody can honestly do that.

Applications Open in May

The October 2025 cohort will be limited to 45 students across all three formats. If you're interested in learning more or getting notified when applications open, reach out to us.
